This notice covers the waitlist. It will be extended before anyone uses OrganicMind itself.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Future Horizons Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16141721. Registered office: 15 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC213943, which you can check in the ICO's public register without asking us.

What we hold, and why

There is no sign-up form on this site, and nothing here collects anything. If you write to hello@organicmind.ai, we hold your email address and your message, so we can tell you when OrganicMind is ready. We do not ask your name, your employer, or how you found us, and we do not ask what you would use OrganicMind for — we will ask that once we can promise you can delete the answer.

Our lawful basis

Your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR, given by writing to us and asking to be told. We do not rely on legitimate interests here. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and withdrawing it takes one line in a reply — we will delete the address and confirm that we have.

Where it is kept, and who else sees it

Your message sits in our mailbox and goes nowhere else. There is no mailing list and no marketing tool holding a copy of it — we have not set one up, because we would rather collect nothing than collect it somewhere we have not finished thinking about. Future Horizons Group Ltd is the controller; our email provider holds the mailbox and does nothing else with it. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell or share it, and we have no advertising partners to share it with.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until OrganicMind opens to everyone and there is no longer any reason to hold it — whichever comes first, and in any case no longer than two years from the day you wrote.

What you can do

You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@organicmind.ai. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

What we do not do

We set no cookies that are not strictly necessary, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss. We load no trackers, no advertising pixels, and no session recording. We do not sell or share your address.
